Recently , one of our customer came to us complaining of some visual disturbances on the left eye with the progressive he made in China. We checked the prescription and it’s the same as the old pair he had made here sometime back.
So we used our VL3000 lens mapper to map out the progressive lens that he made in China. We noticed that there is some distortion on the distance zone on the left lens. THe reading channels are also very narrow compared to the new lens from Zeiss (Choice ).
Our customer is satisfied with the new lenses (Choice) from Zeiss as the distortion is eliminated in the left lens and he is able to enjoy a wider reading channel with lesser distortion.
